William is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Connecticut Association of Realtors, and the Mid-Fairfield County Board of Realtors.  He has attained the  Certified Residential Specialist (www.crs.com) designation as recognized by the National Association of Realtors.  Less than 4% of all Realtors in the US attain this highest level in residential specialty.  He has also attained the designation of Certified Residential Broker (www.crb.com) as part of the Council of Real Estate Broker Managers. The CRB is the highest credential awarded to brokers and managers in the residential field, recognizing professional accomplishments in both experience and education. 

William is presently the Broker-Owner of Platinum Property Realty serving the greater Norwalk area of Fairfield County.

He serves his clients with thirty six years of combined sales, marketing, and management experience.  He is a graduate of City University of New York – Staten Island Campus.  His previous experience includes management assignments with corporations such as IBM, Cisco, Siemens, and ROLM.

 William is also President of the InterAct Networking Organization – Norwalk.  Interact serves the local community to assist those independent contractors interested in expanding their existing business (www.InteractofNorwalk.org).   William is also Program Chairman at the Mid Fairfield County Board of Realtors.

 As a Residential Specialist, William provides several levels of real estate consultation.  He works with Buyer Clients who have it in their family plan to purchase a home within the immediate area.  He also works with those Listing Clients who have it in their family plan to sell their current residence.  He also works with those Clients who buy or sell real estate as investments for cash flow and tax purposes.  Property Management Services are also available for leased properties.

 It is William’s long term plan to earn the right to be your trusted realtor for life.  He understands that lasting relationships are important to families, and that repeat buying, selling, and investment engagements with dedicated family clients are the core of his long -term professional success.
